Are you a strong Administrator looking for a new challenge to start immediately?

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a company based in Brighton on a temporary ongoing basis until middle of July 2024. This role is paying an hourly rate of £11.44-£12 per hour. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This is a fully office-based role.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • General administration duties, including scanning, photocopying, and printing documents
  • Franking letters and sending post
  • Diary management and responding to emails
  • Supporting with other ad-hoc tasks when required

To be successful for this position, you must have strong administration and communication skills with a professional telephone manner. You must have high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. You must also be available to start immediately (no notice). Training will be provided.
