Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our fleet management team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of our operations over our busy season, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Solid time management
