The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator. In this team you will be supporting their clients who are banks, building societies, other secured lenders and third party services. The provide these clients with repossession conveyancing. When a property is taken into possession the title checking process is carried out promptly, and a sale progressed proactively.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for own caseload of sale files, referring all legal aspects to the Team Supervisor or Team Manager
- Use Solcase to action workflow entries on a daily basis and from the Schedule for individual files
- Regularly update clients and asset managers as to progress of matters.
- Ensure that all matters are billed promptly at exchange
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous administration experience and is a team player and experienced in working in a busy environment.
- Previous administration experience
- Previous telephone handling experience
- To demonstrate a natural empathy/affinity with Clients and a good telephone manner
- Proactivity and attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills.
