This prestigious financial services company based in Edinburgh City Centre requires a hands-on, customer-facing Administrator to join their TA team.

Your new role

As a passionate self-starter, your primary responsibility is to execute a range of tasks efficiently and accurately:

  • Main point of contact for shareholders phone, email, letter and web chat queries
  • Place telephone trades in accordance with instructions received
  • Handle questions about shareholder accounts and provide assistance
  • Responsible for examining errors in shareholder accounts and statements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in client services or contact centre
  • Secondary school education or a combination of education and equivalent experience required
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Well-organised
  • The ability to liaise with key stakeholders
