Monday to Friday  09:00am – 17:00pm
Payrate: £12ph

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a customer relations team on a temporary ongoing basis for a business based in Burton upon Trent.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring written and emailed feedback
  • Assessing and investigating complaints
  • Providing refunds where necessary
  • Other general admin and data entry duties

Requirements:
  • Previous office-based administration experience essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
