Part time Administrator
Location: Fareham / home working 

Hours: 16 hours per week
(flexible shifts between Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM) 
Salary: £9,518.08 P/A

This is a temporary contract with a minimum of 10 months.

As an Administrator you will be:
  • Processing invoices, handling discrepancies and queries. 
  • Liaising with other departments to manage facilities.
  • Strategically sourcing new clinic venues. 
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating information frequently.
  • Coordinating necessary facilities maintenance. 
  • Data entry duties. 
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties. 
  • Handling a busy telephone and inbox. 
  • Ordering stock and supplies. 
  • Ad hoc administrative duties. 
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings. 
  • Handling internal and external inquiries. 
  • Processing and organizing inbound and outbound post.
The ideal Administrator will have/be:
  • Able to work independently, be well-organised. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience of Facilities Management desirable. 
  • Ability to multitask.
