Forde Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Managed Services Administrator on behalf of our client, An evolving global automotive business supporting customer de-fleet, multiple remarketing channels and a complete range of vehicle preparation services including wholesale and retail ready.

The Role

Our client is a digital business leading the way in the transformation of automotive remarketing.

Their core purpose is to help automotive businesses buy and sell used vehicles online, faster and smarter than any other platform. Customers include Manufacturer’s; Fleet & Leasing companies; Franchise and Independent Retailers. Transacting over 100,000 vehicles every year and attracting over 6000 buyers.

As this is a customer facing role, you will interact with both buyers and sellers ensuring an excellent customer service is provided, answering queries as they come into the team, via phone, email etc. Often, we support the sales department presenting vehicles in a manner or format that eases the sales process for that selection of stock.

It will be your responsibility to ensure vehicles are advertised accurately and with as much supporting information as possible including imagery, appraisals, documentation, service history, mechanical checks. As well as carrying out all administration associated with the vehicle and ensuring effective delivery to the buyer, liaising with relevant parties.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in working methodically towards individual and team goals, you pride yourself in your reliability to get the job done. You will be self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have great organisational skills.

You enjoy following set processes, utilising Microsoft office applications, and can adapt to changes quickly in line with new propositions.

The managed services team will experience considerable change in the short to medium term as we develop our innovative remarketing solutions, you embrace these changes with positivity and optimism.
