Eaton Syalon are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team in Derbyshire. This temporary position, initially for 3 months with a view to being extended, is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who thrives in a busy team environment.

Hours are 37.5 per week with flexibility on start and finish times (Monday to Friday)

£13.50 per hour

Commutable locations - Derby, Castle Donington, Long Eaton, Draycott, Spondon (and surrounding)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and respond to the email inbox. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and phone to authorise purchase orders.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring timely authorisation.
  • General Administration: Undertake a variety of broader administration tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Administrative Skills: Proven recent experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a small, busy team.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
