Administrator required in Garretts Green B33

Temporary - Permanent. 

Working Hours:
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
 
Our client is a market leader in providing property and people protection in a range of sectors with a diversified client base.

As an Administrator, you will be providing day to day administration and customer service to the branch to ensure that all business activities are completed.

Duties:

  • Assisting with the compilation of customer and branch statistics
  • Answering telephone calls and creating job instructions on the order system
  • Processing completed work orders
  • Updating customer portals
  • Checking that all written orders received have been created on the order system
  • Identifying chargeable items from work carried out
  • Ensuring customer price brands are maintained
  • Reporting all problems, complaints and faults to the Operations Manager
  • Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, typing up reports and taking minuets
  • Filing and achieving documents and ensuring the filing system is up to date
  • Assisting with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the branch

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient using all MS applications including Excel.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Administration experience
  • Ideally live local to the B33 area
