Administrator
High Net Worth Family Office in Knightsbridge, requires a proactive individual to provide administration and team support to the property team. The property team manage building projects within their substantial property portfolio, working closely with Building Surveyors and Project Managers, and reporting into the Head of Department.
Administrator/Team Assistant

- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000per annum + bonus
- Location: Knightsbridge / Hyde Park area
- Fully office-based
- Hours: 9.15am-5.45pm Monday to Friday
General Administrative Duties:
- Manage the department’s digital filing system and Estate Management system.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, maintain accounts schedule, and flag budget excesses.
- Reconcile the department's credit card monthly and keep digital records.
- Complete travel requests, book flights and accommodation.
- Maintain inventory of stored paper items and coordinate with external storage companies.
Building Project Tasks:
- Compile and distribute contracts for building contractors and monitor signature progress.
- Distribute site instructions and architect drawings to contractors.
- Process invoices and backup documents with quantity surveyor-approved certificates.
- Acquire and record contractors' insurance certificates and health and safety policies.
- Order supplies as directed by the Site or Project Manager.
- Coordinate with local councils on parking suspensions, pavement closures, and hoarding licenses.
Administrator Requirements:
- Preferred background in the building industry, however more important is a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to learn
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with great attention to detail.
