Our fun and friendly client is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join them on a Maternity contract, minimum duration 6 months with potential to be extended up to 9 months.

Essentially, they are looking for a bright, tenacious, outgoing and proactive individual who is keen to learn and happy to get stuck in. Based on the outskirts of Gloucester City Centre, their offices are easily accessible by public transport and they do have an onsite car park.

Responsibilities:

-Creating and uploading invoices

-Reconciling company credit card payments

-Basic HR duties including, organising staff training, sending paperwork & setting dates

-Stationery orders

-Admin for company vehicles (MOT, Tax etc.)

Candidate Attributes:

-Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Highly organised

-Bubbly personality

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £12.05 per hour
