The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join their manufacturing client who is a continuously growing family run business. This opportunity is due to exciting business growth and the expansion of the commercial and production teams.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Raising and processing customer orders.
- Maintaining contact with customers so that they are updated on expected delivery times and investigate any delayed deliveries.
- Creating delivery notes and attaching these to the correct orders.
- Carry out regular stock checks to support the inventory team of stock accuracy, and in demand products.
- Maintain an accurately updated system of order status'.
- Working closely with haulage and transport companies to schedule delivery bookings.
- Providing additional administrative and customer support across internal departments in busier times.

The successful Administrator will ideally have similar experience as listed above. What is essential is that you have:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Literate - experience using Microsoft Packages.

It would be advantageous if you have experience with order processing or knowledge of dispatching processes.
