Job Overview

Gloucestershire County Council are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join their Education Business Support Team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a group of operational services within Education by taking accurate minutes and notes at panel meetings every week. You will also be managing multiple competing tasks and working closely with other administrators who support the Multi Agency Support Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and minute panel meetings using MS Teams
  • Maintain electronic records on Capita and Liquid Logic databases
  • Manage generic mailboxes
  • Communicate effectively with a range of professionals and organisations
  • Learn quickly and use your initiative

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in taking accurate minutes and notes at panel meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
  • Experience in working with schools, NHS, social care and other supporting organisations

Working Conditions

You will be based in Edinburgh House, Cheltenham while learning the role, after which there may be an opportunity to work from home for part of your week subject to business needs.
