We are looking to recruit a fulltime, permanent Administrator, to work in our clients fast paced and busy office in Near Woodstock.  You will be supporting the Office Managers, Finance Manager, Directors and Engineers with a very varied range of administrative tasks.
This is a Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm role with 30 minutes for lunch.  The salary is £22,000-£26,000 dependant on experience with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.   The current office has a team of 5 people that they are looking to grow to improve efficiency and workload, they are a very friendly and welcoming group of people who are looking forward to someone joining them on a long-term basis, existing employees in this team have been there anything from 6 months to 11 years!  As part of this team, you will be working to organise and manage a group of 24 people across the company from Directors to Engineers.
Administrator duties to include:
  • Answer calls, book appointments and diary management for the Directors and team of Engineers
  • Place purchase orders for materials etc and monitor deliveries and invoices.
  • Keep and maintain departmental records.
  • Create and send quotations, risk assessments and order acknowledgments.
The successful candidate will need to be able to prioritise and multitask to a high level and have excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.  Previous Administrator experience in a security/construction/engineering/facilities environment with a focus on customer service would be an advantage.
