Junior Administrator required in Matlock!
Job type: Full time, permanent (Office Based)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am -4:30pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Salary: £23,500 - £25,000
Location: Matlock, Darley Dale
Role Overview:
As a Junior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our health and safety team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in health and safety administration. While prior health & safety or facilities admin experience is not required, a keen interest in this sector is essential. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of administration experience will be considered by the hiring manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining health and safety records and documentation.
- Support the team in scheduling safety training sessions and meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to health and safety initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
