Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: North London
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25k to £30k

About the company:

A leading, musical instrument company who have supplied products to musicians across the world, with a track record of success over the past 50 years. Due to growth & winning new contracts, they are on the lookout for a Social Media Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Your day to day role will involve:

• Looking after the company's social media pages (Website, TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram)
• Day to day support of the office, joining a direct team of 4
• Responding to customer emails and calls
• Processing financial information on Sage
• Acting as the point of contact for accounts the company holds, maintaining a positive working relationship and ensuring an excellent standard of service
• Updating & maintaining the works database
• Other general administrative support as required
• Please note: this role is not hybrid

What you will need to succeed:

• A strong personality who loves working with people
• Someone who loves social media and is tech-savvy
• A knowledge/passion for the music industry would be beneficial
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Proven experience in an administrative support role in a similar environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP
