Administrator
Administrator required to join our established client, supporting a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
Long term development and progression is available, and the client is wanting a self-motivated candidate, with a "can do attitude". Organised, PC literate, with excellent communication, and a quick learner.
Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls, taking detailed messages, forwarding to relevant team
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective receipt of goods
- Assist with arranging hotel bookings
- Undertake departmental filing
- Order stationary and other amenities
- Compile manuals
- Collect, open and distribute post
- Meet and greet visitors
- Source company vehicles and ensure compliant checks are carried out
- All other administrative tasks as required

Experience required:
- Previous administration experience is beneficial
- Office Coordinator experience is desirable
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
