Temporary Administrator required for our client in Kings Hill

Immediate start

37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Duties

  • General administrative duties.
  • To receive enquiries, pass information on appropriately
  • Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, responding to customer enquiries
  • Timely and effective processing of purchase orders
  • Ensuring that all quotations are produced in a professional and timely manner and records are updated.
  • Providing sales support, contacting customers confirming their quotation requirements
  • Lead with the onboarding process for new customers, creating customer accounts and agreements.
  • Update and maintain CRM system.
  • Provide support as required in the processing of insurance claims, reports.
  • As directed produce invoices, ensuring all activity is recorded in the appropriate database.
