Office Administrator

Location: Caldicot

Position: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £28,000

Our Client

Autograph Recruitment is delighted to be working with this local, growing business, operating throughout the UK. They supply bespoke equipment to exciting projects.

As the industry, and business grows, we are looking for a dedicated, organised Administrator to join their team in Caldicot. This role will organise the hire desk, coordinate with customers and keep on top of invoices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a local candidate to progress to an Office Management position in the near future. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task efficiently, IT proficient and have perfect customer service skills.

Responsibilities of Administrator:

  • Liaising with customers to coordinate transport
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers and colleagues on site and in office, updating them with progress information
  • Raising and issuing invoices
  • Chasing invoices and debtors
  • Welcoming customers to the offices
  • Maintaining systems and documents accurately and to date

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a data entry or administration role
  • Perfect customer service and immaculate telephone manner  
  • Tech savvy, knowledge of Microsoft office and able to learn systems quickly
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task
  • An interest in the film industry would be advantageous
