We are seeking an Administrator with a focus on transportation coordination. This role is integral to the efficient delivery of goods and services, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can maintain records, and provide excellent customer service. 

• Data capturing 
• Attending to all customer queries via email and phone and providing excellent customer service 
• Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and other parties for smooth operations.
• Processing shipping documents, and queries
• Processing purchase orders and payments.
• Monitoring drivers' logbook entries 
• Manage administrative tasks related to transportation, including data entry and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Team player with the ability to handle changing priorities.
