Our client is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their Head Office in Knowsley. This role will be part of the People Services team and providing support to the Distribution, Stores and Internal departments with day to day Administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all filing within the departments, ensuring personnel files for all employees are filed and kept up to date, along with the distribution centre files.
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is electronically recorded.
  • Responsible for the tracking, monitoring & validating paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis to produce head office information, standard letters, memos, paperwork and internal and external mail.
  • Provide 'Reports' when required.
  • Other duties for departments as required.

Within this role you will be providing vital support to various teams, our client is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, time management and someone who can change workload as requested. The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Solid administrative experience
  • Good verbal communication skills, both vertically and horizontally
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

In return you will get an hourly rate of £12-13 per hour, free parking on site, a guaranteed temporary role for 3 months. Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm hours.
