Description
The key responsibilities of anAdministratorwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
- Oversee departmental budgets and financial reporting
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A proven track record in administrative roles within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at managing budgets and financial reports
- The ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and digital communication tools
- Ability to commute to Manchester
