Purpose of the role:

You will be an active, contributing member of the short term let sales team and handle both short term and summer stay emails and converting to potential viewings, if requested and bookings using the sales process.

You will be responsible for ensuring your enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting and converting to a booking in line with the sales process.

The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Managing all enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, email, web and social media
  • Arranging viewing appointments and bookings
  • Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis
  • Liaise with the property teams regarding local sales activity and ensure they have all the tools required locally to drive lead conversion
  • To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged and all sales processes and policies are followed.
  • Ensure all enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting and converting to a booking in line with the sales process
