Reed Business Support are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client based in Stokesley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining documents, liaising with suppliers, arranging meetings, and providing specialist administrative support to professional staff. This role is ideal for someone with excellent client relationship skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Support the Administration Manager with a full range of administrative services.
  • Maintain documents and update records as requested.
  • Liaise with suppliers to arrange visits for office maintenance.
  • Order office equipment and manage inventory.
  • Arrange meetings, book rooms, and plan refreshments.
  • Set up meeting/conference rooms for audio/video presentations.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues as needed.
  • Manage the office area and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Oversee the entry and maintenance of administrative data in the organisation’s databases.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to correct discrepancies.

  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
