Description
- Support the Secretarial & Business Support Department with daily administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients and handle queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain and update property databases
- Prepare and distribute various reports
- Assist with the management of property documentation
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Perform additional duties as required
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A strong educational background
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in administrative roles, preferably within the property sector
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to commute to Manchester
