Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Chelmsford City Centre

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Temporary Position: (Monday 5th August- Friday 23rd August)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order replacements when necessary.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
