Our client, a long established, specialist Training provider based in North London is seeking an Administrator to provide operational support in a busy, friendly team.

This is a varied role in a successful company, offering good long term career prospects.   The position is full time, offers a salary in the region of £25,000 per annum and is predominantly office based.  Free parking is available.

The role of Administrator will support the Finance Executive in a wide variety of admin functions to ensure efficient office operations.  The role also supports the team in managing tasks relating to training course coordination and customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Coordinate training courses, set up rooms, prepare materials, deal with logistics
  • Book hotel accommodation for Trainers
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails
  • Assist with invoicing, processing expenses and basic bookkeeping
  • Over time develop a good understanding of the training courses provided

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Administration experience is essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook & generally literate
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team
