Administrator- Glasgow

£24,000-£26,000 +benefits

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative edge and excellent administrative skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of our clients leading Compliance Consultancies in Glasgow as an Administrator.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks & planning. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to maintain high standards of compliance across the Scotland area.

Duties:

  • Planning Engineers Diaries
  • Purchase Orders
  • Data Input
  • Processing Timesheets
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Attending Management meetings
  • General office administration
  • Reception duties

Desirable skills:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
