Your new role as an Administrator...

  • Working within a small team, handle and process payouts of asset finance opportunities in accordance with the defined criteria and checks
  • Prioritise payouts to ensure transactions are managed in a timely and effective manner
  • Signing transactions for payout within the delegated mandates
  • Provide direct support for colleagues working in other administration teams as workflows dictate
  • Assist in training of duties to colleagues as assigned by the Team Manager/Team Leader
  • Work closely with the Payout Manager / Team Leader to deliver an inclusive and positive team environment
  • Undertake any other duties and tasks as specified from time to time in accordance with the Company’s business requirements.

About you...

  • Previous experience of working within an administration role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships by email and over the telephone
  • Sound financial, analytical and numerical skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Team player with self-motivation and drive

  • Role is office based at our offices in Blackburn, but within our company agile working policy, this role will have the ability to possibly work from home for up to 1 day a week, this is though following full training and in line with business needs
