Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established Construction Services Company, in their search for a Administrator to work from their Leeds office. 

What our client is offering for the successful Administrator:

  • £24,000 - £26,000 p/annum 
  • Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30
  • Permanent 
  • 25 days holiday, annual pay review, free parking, investor in people award, medical / wellbeing programmes 

The Role - Administrator:

  • Support the Passive Fire Protection planning & Estimation team with ongoing administrative support.
  • Co-ordinating requests for information and providing reports through use of Company systems
  • Create and process project documentation
  • Ensure approved and finalised documents are issued
  • Completion of site employee whereabouts and logging sickness/holidays

What we are looking for in an Administrator:

  • Previous experience administration experience gained from services, contracts or projects businesses - ESSENTIAL
  • Accurate with numeracy and literacy to compile project documentation - ESSENTIAL
  • MS Office and CRM System Experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Construction or passive fire protection administration experience - DESIREABLE
