JOB TITLE: Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time

SALARY: £25,000

LOCATION: Evesham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of training courses and apprenticeship programmes from start to finish.
  • Handle booking forms and joining instructions.
  • Prepare and distribute course materials, feedback forms, and assessments.
  • Manage the internal verification process, including portfolio submissions, re-submission, and qualification registration.
  • Liaise and communicate with customers, suppliers, and staff by phone and email.
  • Assist with general office duties such as sorting post, filing, and managing diaries.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
