We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a well-established solicitor in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop skills / experience within HR
The role of Administrator will involve:
- Dairy management, diarising key events, organising meetings and interviews
- Assisting with recruitment initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records including processing staff holidays, recording sickness etc
- Maintaining and restocking stationery and office equipment as required
- Inputting data onto the system
- Supporting reception and providing cover as required
- Ad hoc duties as stipulated by the Practice Manager
The ideal candidate for the role of Administrator will have
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a busy administration role
- Computer literacy and be competent in the use of MS Office including word, outlook and excel
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential, and additional training will be offered
- GCSE grade 4 (or grade C equivalent) in Maths and English
