Are you ready for a new challenge? Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing administrative support? Our client is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team for a temporary opportunity!

�? Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all spare parts are ordered and expedited for upcoming Field Service requests.
Place large part orders for Projects (MC & FA).
Support other DI businesses with procurement activities.
Manage stock takes for PPE within DI.
Maintain and support the OneSRM system.
Provide administration support for Coordination and Field Services.
Maintain a high telephone pick-up rate defined by the business.
Log and support all contract calls received.
Adhere to relevant KPI targets.
Escalate issues to the applicable Manager as per defined parameters.
Maintain a high standard of ticket/activity/iBase/customer database entries.
Monitor customer satisfaction requirements.
Provide support for FS elements in Prequalification Questionnaires.

? Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Prior experience in administration or procurement is highly desirable.
