Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis in central Southampton. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of HR administrative duties over the summer period.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administration support for the HR team during a busy period.
  • Handle referrals, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices accurately and timely.
  • Keep internal employee spreadsheets and records up to date, ensuring data integrity across the department.
  • Assist with the recruitment systems to streamline the hiring process.
  • Update and maintain the internal portal (intranet) with the latest HR information and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role. HR would be desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
