Duration: Temporary - 8 Weeks
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Start Date: From Monday 22nd July
Hybrid working available.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis in central Southampton. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of HR administrative duties over the summer period.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Administration support for the HR team during a busy period.
- Handle referrals, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
- Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Keep internal employee spreadsheets and records up to date, ensuring data integrity across the department.
- Assist with the recruitment systems to streamline the hiring process.
- Update and maintain the internal portal (intranet) with the latest HR information and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role. HR would be desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
