A leading financial services organisation who provide bespoke wealth management solutions to their clients, are seeking an administrator to join their team due to company growth. Your Role:

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of financial advisers and ensuring the smooth operation of the Chester office. Your responsibilities will include:

Working with insurance, pension and investment providers to ensure clients' plans are administered correctly

Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.

Assisting with client servicing and maintaining accurate client records.

Coordinating meetings and events, both internally and with clients.

Providing general office support and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the financial services sector.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
