Zachary Daniels have an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive and successful organisation who service their clients globally. Due to office relocation they are seeking a professional, personable and experienced office administrator to support a team and senior management.

Position: Administrator

Hours; 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Northwich

Salary: £24k - £26k DOE

Job duties:

  • Providing administration support to a team and senior management
  • Liaising with our clients and personnel regarding their domestic and international travel requirements
  • Producing reports and correspondence via Word and Excel
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Organising flight bookings, collection of personnel data for visa processing and hotel bookings
  • Dealing with staff expenses
  • Using excel to manage timesheets
  • Logging staff holidays and absences
  • Arranging meetings
  • Organising staff training

The successful candidate must be fully competent with full suite of MS Office applications including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Word etc.
