My client is looking for an Administrator to carry out the following duties:

  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Preparing Invoicing and payment runs for investments
  • Photocopying
  • Binding documents
  • Scanning
  • Greeting clients and dealing with enquiries

The ideal Administrative Assistant will ideally come from an investment/finance background and must be well organised with an excellent telephone manner. You must also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You must possess a good level of English grammar and spelling and have good numeracy skills.

The Administrative Assistant must have good attention to detail and be a team player, you will be working within a team of 3 administration staff and supporting the consultants with all administration duties.

Experience:

  • Finance/investment background 2+ year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2+ year (preferred)

Car parking on site.
