Role: Administrator
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.45 - 5.15, Friday 8.45 - 4.45
Salary: £24000 - £25,000

Our client is seeking to appoint an administrator to its busy support team

Duties for the Administrator:

  • data entry
  • producing reports
  • updating the database
  • assist with social media and marketing
  • manage the mail box
  • meet and greet visitors
  • receive, record and distribute mail
  • file, photocopy and scan documents
  • ad-hoc duties as and when required

Experience for the Administrator

  • multi disciplined approach
  • motivated
  • social media and marketing skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong IT skills
  • able to work to deadlines
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and above)
  • previous office admin experience
