I am currently recruiting for an Administrator, to help support a busy office for a business within construction.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Day to day life as an Administrator -

  • Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments.
  • Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office.
  • Assisting the transport manager.
  • Reception duties.
  • Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary.
  • General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed.

Requirements to work as an Administrator –

  • Proven experience within an office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to use office software, including Microsoft packages.

Extra information for the Administrator position –

  • Monday – Friday
  • Flexible Hours
  • £24,000 - £25,000 salary, dependent on experience.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
