My growing and busy professional services client in Chelmsford have the need for an Administrator to join their thriving team.

This is a junior role and if you have only a little or no office experience this is a great opportunity to gain Administration experience in a busy team! Helen Cooper at Maxen Recruitment can tell you more, but please also find below details of how you will be supporting the team:

Administrator:

  • Handling in and outbound post.
  • Taking in deliveries.
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are ready for all meetings.
  • Greeting visitors into the office.
  • Photocopying.
  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages.
  • Data entry.
  • Writing emails and responding to emails.
