Role: Administrator

Location: Stevenage

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.82 an hour, weekly pay

Immediate Start Date

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Stevenage on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Duties of an Administrator:

  • Daily invoicing at a high volume
  • Stock checks and reconciliation's
  • Assisting with sales and purchase ledgers
  • PA support to Director - booking travel, events etc
  • Supporting with a variety of administration tasks

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience within administration
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Knowledge of SAGE is desirable
  • Ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
