Reed is working with a national supplier to the construction sector with offices in Clevedon, North Somerset, recruiting for an Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This role involves providing essential support to a team including the Managing Director, Branch Manager, Sales team, Warehouse staff and Drivers delivering orders. Additionally, you will offer remote support to another Southern based office.

You will wear many hats in this role in what is a pivotal role supporting the wider team, therefore would be perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to enhance their administrative skills in a supportive setting.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm with an hour for lunch (40 hour week). Would consider 30-32 hours working 9-3 for example.

About you

Administration experience

Strong IT skills with experience of a CRM (Salesforce would be ideal)

A good manner over the phone, as you will also be required to make outbound calls to internal and external customers at times

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Some understanding of the construction industry ideally but not essential
