Are you available to work on a temporary contract for at least 2 months? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual for an admin-focused role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a busy, fast-paced work environment and the chance to join a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database cleansing and ensuring the accuracy of records.
  • Checking and responding to incoming enquiries via the company website.
  • Assisting with managing and updating the company LinkedIn profile.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
