Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Temporary Administrator to join our team in Hastings. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Support the coordination of office events and activities.
- Assist with data entry and filing.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
