Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.

Your duties will include:

• Manage and organise responses from clients, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated
• Actively contact suppliers to obtain missing or correct any incorrect information, ensuring smooth order processing and timely shipments
• Take initiative to chase clients for outstanding information, maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail to avoid delays
• Work closely with the EU team, fostering strong communication to ensure minimal disruption to workflow and timely completion of tasks

• Good eye for detail
