Duration of assignment: Temporary for 12 weeks and then a 6 month FTC Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours

Due to huge success our client us looking to recruit a temporary Administrator/ Scheduler to join a specialist team.
As an administrator you will be responsible for:
Within this role you will act as a key point of contact for our external contractors and suppliers via email and on the telephone . You will provide day to day administrative support for a specialist department where you will be, raising jobs, raising purchase orders, and invoice processing. You will ensure services provided are of high quality.
Key tasks of an Administrator are as follows:
To be a dedicated account liaison point for contractors and suppliers via email and on the telephone where necessary.
To be a point of contact for the customer to support them with their enquiry
To be responsible for raising works orders.
Overseeing diaries and managing trades people work loads
Raising purchase orders and facilitating the approval of invoices.
Data entry
Work with the relevant contractors and trade operatives to resolve internal and external customer queries relating to works orders.
Convert job requests into repairs orders and releasing held jobs once they are checked for accuracy of information.
Pro-actively monitor ‘open’ works orders / Jobs and chase contractors for invoices.
Resolve day to day customer queries and keep clients up to date with work and repairs
To under-take general administrative tasks
The ideal administrator will have / be:
Good administrative duties
Will be competent in using Microsoft Office , Word and Excel.
Will have the ability to Influence and negotiate to achieve results and meet deadlines.
