Job Title: Administrator

Location: Woking area

Temporary assignment: Full-Time (37 hours per week) - 3-months with a view to extend

Salary: c£26k pro rata

Start Date: ASAP

If you’re an experienced Administrator looking for a local opportunity and available to start immediately, this role could be a perfect fit. You’ll be joining a well-respected organisation within its sector, taking on a key support role in a fast-paced, collaborative, and welcoming team environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing busy inboxes and responding to enquiries
  • Diary management
  • Taking meeting notes, drafting meeting documents and tracking actions
  • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Providing ad-hoc support to other Directors when required
  • Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders
  • Handling expense claims
  • Preparing high-quality correspondence and management information

Our client is looking for someone with a 'can do’, positive attitude - ready to take on challenges in a supportive capacity. You’ll need to be proficient using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.

Other important skills include: A natural leaning towards organisation, an ability to prioritise changing needs, strong engagement - with the confidence to liaise professionally at all levels with discretion.
