We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our Client in Exeter. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position offering a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Details:

  • Location: Wellington, Somerset
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm
  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
  • Type: Full-time, ongoing role

Duties Include:

  • General administrative support
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Assisting with reports and documentation
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience preferred
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Good communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
