Account Handler

Location: Warwick, Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Are you looking to be an experienced professional in the insurance industry? We are seeking an Account Handler to join an established team in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients, with the support and resources to help you achieve your potential and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated account of Commercial & Scheme clients.
  • Process all renewals, MTAs, and claims for allocated clients.
  • Liaise with Commercial Account Executives on new business enquiries.
  • Provide broking support for new business presentations and placement of secured business.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of this business area.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding credit control.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of insurance industry experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with household and motor insurance is a bonus.
  • Must live within commuting distance of Warwick, CV34 4HU, or plan to relocate before starting work.
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience required (1 year administrative, 2 years customer service).
