TPP are recruiting an Admissions Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known Higher Education institution.

About the Role
As the Admissions Manager, you will shape the university’s future by influencing key admissions processes and policies that drive recruitment goals. You’ll provide leadership support to the Head of Admissions, stepping into a deputy role when needed. You’ll also work in a collaborative environment, liaising with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for students from application to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the admissions process for all applications (FE, UG, PGT, and PGR).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of 5, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Data and Analysis: Regularly generate reports and provide statistical analysis to inform the progression and development of the admissions team.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Programme Directors, Deputy Deans, and feeder schools.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all admissions processes comply with UKVI requirements and UCAS regulations.


Experience Required
  • Strong Leadership: Experience in managing a team and providing operational support in a higher education setting.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to generate and interpret data reports, providing actionable insights.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK, EU, and International qualifications, as well as UKVI legislation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering a proactive, fair, and customer-focused service.
  • Experience processing UCAS and issuing CAS (essential)
  • Experience with SITS and Clearing is a plus.
